A few things before you apply
What we look for
- Based in a community we serve: Alaska or Butte, Montana
- Benefits local families, kids, schools, or neighbors
- Nonprofits, schools, youth teams, and community groups
- Requests submitted at least 4 weeks before you need a decision
What we usually can't fund
- Individuals or personal fundraisers
- Political campaigns or candidates
- For-profit ventures or private trips
- Requests outside the communities we serve
Tell us about your request
The more detail you can share, the faster we can review. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
Good to know
Please send your request at least four weeks before your event or the date you need a decision. Larger sponsorship requests may need a little more lead time.
We follow up by email, usually within about two weeks of receiving your request. Keep an eye on your inbox, and your spam folder, just in case.
Absolutely. Just submit a separate form for each event or program so we can review each one on its own.
Our giving focuses on nonprofits, schools, teams, and community groups rather than individual or personal fundraisers.
Three Bears has stores across Alaska, from the Kenai Peninsula and Mat-Su to the Interior and Southeast, plus Butte, Montana. Requests from these communities are our priority.
