Bear Bucks Loyalty Program

Participation in Bear Bucks is subject to program rules, which may change. Rewards have no cash value except as required by law, are not transferable, and may expire. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program. See the Bear Bucks page for current details.

Online Orders, Bush Orders & Special Orders

Bush Orders (beer, wine, and spirits) and Special Orders are subject to additional terms, eligibility, and applicable law, including age and location restrictions. Alcohol orders ship only where permitted and require valid ID. We may refuse or cancel any order. 

Pricing & Availability

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change and may vary by location. Weekly ad pricing is valid only for the dates and regions stated. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but are not responsible for typographical errors.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their content — including the Three Bears name, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by or licensed to Three Bears and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Bears will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alaska.
